Full Symptom Overview

The NeuroInsight integrates with the Paragit Sleeve and utilizes powerful deep-learning algorithms to transform the data from the sleeve into objective scores for rigidity, tremor, bradykinesia, and dyskinesia. The symptom scores are presented in an intuitive dashboard, ranging from 0-4 in correlation with gold standard clinical rating scales MDS-UPDRS-III subitems. Patients can wear the technology as needed on arms, legs, or body to capture individual symptom manifestations. This allows clinicians to acquire an instant overview of symptoms as experienced daily to implement telemedicine and personalize care.

Fully Automated Telehealth

Once the Paragit Sleeve has been linked to a patient, the patient wears the sleeve as instructed by clinicians e.g., every 4th or 12th weeks. After wearing the sleeve for a session of up to 24 hours, data will automatically be transferred to a secure cloud, analyzed, and intuitively presented in a dashboard. This information enables the clinician to take action and optimize treatment – or confirm that the current treatment is optimal. With this setup, the patient and the health care professional both benefit from a fully automated loop, where the clinician is always up to date with objective scores for symptoms.
